Custom, made-to-order goods
Every suite is handpainted, printed, and customized for your celebration. Because each order is made to your wording, colors, and quantities, all sales are final once production begins — please check your proofs carefully.
Quotes, proofs & timelines
After your inquiry we will agree on a quote, scope, and timeline in writing before work begins. Nothing goes to print until you approve your digital proof. Timelines depend on complexity and the production queue, so please share your need-by date early.
Payments & deposits
A deposit confirms your place in our schedule, with the balance due before printing or shipping. Payment terms for your order will be confirmed in your quote — if plans change, talk to us as early as possible.
Changes & cancellations
You can request changes before approving your proof; significant revisions after approval may carry an additional fee. If you cancel before production begins, any deposit covers design time already spent.
Artwork & copyright
Original artwork remains the property of Ashiki Stationery. Your purchase covers personal use of the finished stationery for your event — please don't reproduce or resell our designs without written permission.
Photos & promotional use
We love showing off our work. Unless you ask us not to before your order is completed, we may photograph your finished stationery and share it in our portfolio, on this website, and on our social media. We'll never share your private details — just the stationery itself. Prefer to keep yours private? Just email us and we'll happily opt you out.
